New Feature: Book Reviews! |
CBWC Announcement
January 24, 2012 – Starting this week, we will begin publishing book reviews of contemporary books of interest to Christians. Most – but not all – of the books reviewed will be by Christian theologians and authors but some books reviewed may be about issues that Christians are concerned about as they engage the world around them. The book reviews, written by senior CBWC staff, will be published on our website twice a month.
The first review we are publishing is Sticky Faith: Everyday ideas to build lasting faith in your kids by Dr. Kara E. Powell and Dr. Chap Clark. Faye Reynolds, the CBWC’s Director of Women’s and Intergenerational Ministries. You can find this book review here or by using the sidebar menu.

BWA and SBC leaders agree to improve fraternal relations |
CBWC News
December 19th, 2011 - Washington (BWA)--Leaders of the Baptist World Alliance (BWA) and the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) held a joint meeting on December 19. The meeting was a follow up to a commitment made in April 2004 that both groups "meet at least once per year to continue an ongoing dialogue."
